Got a race coming up and don't know where to start.  Talk to us a little bit about your training history and PRs and we will customize a long-range training plan for you! 

 

We specialize in helping athletes both Male and Female get Boston and Olympic Trials Qualifiers. 

Included in a template is a personalized "Big Picture" training plan, a daily training log for recording your efforts, customized workout paces and descriptions, and a suggested strength routine.

One-on-One Coaching

We want to be as involved in your journey as you'll let us!  If you choose the coaching route, we will be right there with you every step of the way.  Post your daily workouts, text us, call us, let us know how your feeling, your goals, your fears, and your dreams. 

We'll collaborate with you through everything along the way from day to day training and supplementary strength programs to race selection and strategy.  

We just want to give back to the community that has given us so much over the years.  

Personalized coaching from both Tyler and Katy is $50 a month.  

ABOUT US

Coaches Tyler and Katy came to elite distance running in very different routes.

Katy was the natural phenom from a young age finding success in everything she tried.  Finding PR's year after year from junior high on through college her spirit was challenged immediately post-collegiately as she was sidelined for 2 years with Plantar Fasciitis.   Her struggle through this injury and the long-journey back gave her perspective on the injury struggles that most other runners face and reinvigorated her passion in every step her body allows her to go.  

Tyler on the other hand has always been the over-trained, journeyman runner.  With dreams of making it big, but facing injury after injury in the pursuit of outworking his lack of talent.   By the end of his college career and with the help of countless mentors and coaches, Tyler finally figured out the key to keeping himself healthy and consistent and even more importantly, that you can outwork your talent if you do it the right way.

Together, in the process of a combined 20+ years of running and 8+ coaching systems.  Katy and Tyler have taken lessons from every athlete they've trained and competed with and every coach they've followed.   Now they want to share these lessons with any runners they can.  They are driven by the goal of helping runners everywhere avoid the pitfalls, steer clear of the flair, and follow a training plan that will prepare them maximize their potential on race day.
